HOW DO I HANDLE A CARTRIDGE DEFECT?
Give us a call or email and we will issue a replacement. Products must have been purchased within 1 year.
how do i handle an OEM cartridge DEFECT?
If the cartridge is an OEM, you will need to call the manufacturer directly for a replacement. These usually have to be returned within 30 days of purchase. We listed the numbers of some of the major manufacturers below.
DO YOU CHARGE TO RETURN A CARTRIDGE?
There is a 20% restocking fee for unopened cartridges that are within 120 days of purchase.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds or replacements are processed within a week. We will verify if the cartridge is defective.
