HOW DO I HANDLE A CARTRIDGE DEFECT?
A defective cartridge must be returned before 120 days after the original purchase date. After Altec recieves the defect, your professionals will need 3-5 business days to asses the cartridge before issuing a replacement.
how do i handle an OEM cartridge DEFECT?
If the cartridge make is an OEM, then the consumer must call the manufacturer website to recieve an exchange or a refund. We listed the numbers for each manufacturer below.
DO YOU CHARGE TO RETURN AN CARTRIDGE?
Depending on the cartridge, If it is not defective, we charge a $20.00 restocking fee.
How long does it take to recieve a refund?
Returns are processed within 1-5 days. If the cartridge is defective, our professionals will need 3-5 business days to asses the cartridge before issuing a refund.
